The battle of Gettysburg on July 1-3, 1863 has been well studied for nearly the last 150 years. Carol Zeh presented the story of what happened after the battle among the two armies and the civilians of the small Pennsylvania town.
Carol Zeh is a retired Language Arts teacher and is currently a faculty member at the University of Akron. She is the current president of the Tallmadge Civil War Society. Carol has attended the Civil War Institute in Gettysburg for over 15 years and is a regular presenter at Lakeside Chautauqua for Civil War Week. She is also a certified lay pastor for the United Church of Christ.
