Preserving Peninsula's Past for the Future.

Music on the Porches

This years Music on the Porches will be held on
September 23rd

It is the ninth year of this village wide happening which celebrates music, art and culture in the Valley!

Check back often for details about this year’s event!

Join us for Peninsula’s 9th annual Music on the Porches—a village-wide happening which celebrates music, arts and culture in the Cuyahoga Valley! Merchants and residents alike welcome musicians to  their porches, their shops and galleries and 3 main stage areas, to “make a joyful noise” and fill the valley with music of all genres.  This year, in addition to the 20+ music acts throughout the Village,  The Peninsula Area Chamber of Commerce,  The Peninsula Foundation and the Conservancy for the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, are offering free workshops and demonstrations along with master class workshops from some of the industries best. An Old Time open jam on the G.A.R. Hall patio will be led by Virginian “Old Time” fiddler Erynn Marshall and husband Carl Jones. Erynn and Carl kick off the evening event at the G.A.R. Hall with headliner Tim O’Brien and special guest Sean Watkins.

If you haven’t been down to visit us in the Valley lately, why not make Music on the Porches your reason to come back!
Bring a chair and sit a spell and soak in some great music!
