in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by:
Hiti, DiFrancesco and Siebold, Inc.
1939 West 25th Street, Suite 300 Cleveland, Ohio 44113
Electronic bids will be received for the following bid documents at karen@peninsulahistory.org until 3:30pm on November 18th 2021.

Bid Packages to Peninsula Foundation must be submitted on
Bid Form Proposal to karen@peninsulahistory.org which
will be provided in the bid documents.
*****A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00am on
September 14th at 1785 Main Street, Peninsula, Ohio 44264
This project is tax exempt & requires Davis Bacon
Prevailing Wage Labor Rates.
*****RFI’s must be submitted no later than Monday September 20th @
12:00 PM to Mark Leszynski at mark@emkconstruction.com
*****Any proposed equal for a Standard shall be submitted to
The Peninsula Foundation no later than Friday, September 25th 2021
@ 12:00 PM to karen@peninsulahistory.org
If no Addenda are issued in association with the Bidder’s request,
the proposed Equal shall be considered rejected.
The Bid Documents may also be viewed by appointment during
normal business hours at the following location:

Peninsula Foundation:
The G.A.R. Hall – The Peninsula Foundation Board of Directors
and Executive Director reserves the right to waive informalities,
to accept or reject any and all or parts of any and all bids, in whole
or part or any combination thereof or award the contract to
other than the lowest bidder. No bids may be withdrawn for a
period of thirty (30) days after the closing time and receipt of bids.
